At Ascend Rutgers University, we help members develop the soft skills necessary to succeed in the business world. We are one of the most diverse universities in the country and as an organization we proactively add to the diversity and help students to form lasting connection with members and professionals from all corners of the world. We offer a wide array of opportunities to become involved on a personal level through committees, and participation in community service events. 

 

Through workshops for leadership, networking, resumes, interviews, Excel workshops, and many others prospects. We encourage everyone to grow as an individual and professional. To better achieve this we host company events, community service events, and social events. Every month we have a General Member Meeting for all the current members and also a New Member Social event for all newly registered members.​​
